State HS Basketball Coach of the year (twice). Assisted forming, & elected 1st president of the Houston Area Boys Basketball Coaches Association. Numerous other coaching awards & accolades.

Born and raised in Harris County, Texas, Charis moved to Missouri City in 2020 with her wonderful husband, Gordon Prendergast, and 3 young children. As a former math and science classroom teacher, homeschool teacher, dancer, and group fitness instructor, she is used to working with children and adults of all ages. With a BA in Music and Psychology from Oral Roberts University, she has a great passion for the expression of the arts in any form, and loves helping people reach their individual goals for healthy living. Her love for community and belief in the power of developing meaningful relationships, helps to fuel her care for those with whom she comes in contact. A Retired Educator of 25 years teaching and 30 years coaching (Houston I.S.D., Fort Bend I.S.D., & Westbury Christian). A former Head Coach (Track & Field) as well as an Assistant HC/Offensive Coordinator (Football). Having also coached football collegiately at Florida A & M University, Rice University, and Utah State University as well. Having earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida A & M University (Rattler Football Hall of Fame) in (Health/Physical Education & Recreation) and a Master of Science (Sports Management) from Texas Southern University. Darryl has been married 40 years to Stephanie Berry Collier, and they have two children Brandon and Rhian.

Hello, I’m Michael Randle. I came to Fort Bend County in 1988 as a teacher/coach from Big Spring, Tx. where I grew up and also taught high school. I received my B.A. degree from Texas Lutheran College in Health, P.E., Art and Recreation and my Driver Education certification from UH. I retired from Fort Bend ISD in 2009 after 33 years of teaching/coaching. I have 3 adult children, Shauntee, Michael Jr., and Chelsea. I look forward to seeing all the parents, ex-students, athletes and residents of Fort bend.
