ALL licensees and their potential employees are to process their backgrounds through this electronic submission as Texas, NOT Federal applicants. Fingerprint 'cards' are required by law, and are not included with your criminal history record.

Sec. 1704.154. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
(F) a set of fingerprints of the applicant or, if the applicant is a corporation, of the agent designated by the corporation in the application taken by a law enforcement officer designated by the board;
