Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution and I or Order of Sale issued on the 4thday of September, 2019 by the 268th Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause # 18-DCV-255828 in favor of the Plaintiff- Estates Of Teal Run Homeowner Association, Inc. Plaintiff, for the sum of $5,469.75  ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and I or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same.  Therefore, on the 17thday of September, 2019, I, Constable Mike Beard of Precinct One Fort Bend County, have levied on and have seized all rights, title, interest, and claim to which the said Defendant(s) -Tosha Broussard had of, in, or to the following described real property, and will offer for sale on the 5TH day of November, 2019 at the William B.
