Therefore, on the 3rd day of June, 2019, I, Constable Mike Beard of Precinct One Fort Bend County, have levied on and have seized all rights, title, interest, and claim to which the said Defendant(s) – Broderick Hammonds had of, in, or to the following described real property, and will offer for sale on the 2nd day of July, 2019 at the William B.
