 Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution and / or Order of Sale issued on the 27th day of August, 2019 by the 400th Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause # 15-DCV-221351 in favor of the Plaintiff – Fort Bend County Plaintiff, for the sum of $60,654.84 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and / or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same.
