Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution and / or Order of Sale issued on the 11TH day of June, 2020 by the 400TH Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause # 18-DCV-256703 in favor of the Plaintiff- Greatwood Community Association, Inc. Plaintiff, for the sum of $9,787.78 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and / or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same.
