NOTICE OF IMPOUNDMENT OF ESTRAY

On the 3rd day of November, 2023, I impounded the following estray:
Kind of Animal: Equine
Breed: Miniature Pony
Color: Black
Sex: Stud
Age: adult
Size: 300-400lbs
Brand, Marks, Identifying Characteristics: none
and, on the 3rd day of November, 2023, I filed a Notice of Estray in the Estray Book of Fort Bend County, Texas.
I have made a diligent search of the register of recorded brands in Fort Bend County, Texas, for the owner of the said estray, but the search did not reveal the owner.
Notice is hereby given that, if the ownership of said estray is not determined by the 21 day ofNovember, 2023, said estray will be sold at public auction/sheriff’s sale at The Elcampo Livestock Exchange.
