NOTICE OF IMPOUNDMENT OF ESTRAY Case No. 23-50646 Date: 12/12/23 On the 12th day of December, 2023, I impounded the following estray: Kind of Animal: Sheep Breed: Mix Color: White and Brown Sex: 1x male Age: Adult Size: 45-65lbs Brand, Marks, Identifying Characteristics: None and, on the 12th day of December, 2023, I filed a Notice of Estray in the Estray Book of Fort Bend County, Texas. I have made a diligent search of the register of recorded brands in Fort Bend County, Texas, for the owner of the said estray, but the search did not reveal the owner. Notice is hereby given that, if the ownership of said estray is not determined by the 9th day ofJanuary, 2024, said estray will be sold at public auction/sheriff’s sale at The Elcampo Livestock Exchange.
