NOTICE OF IMPOUNDMENT OF ESTRAY Case No. 24-11790 Date: 03/25/24 On the 25TH day of MARCH, 2024, I impounded the following estray: Kind of Animal: SHEEP Breed: MIX Color: WHITE/BLACK Sex: MALE Age: LAMB Size: 15-20LBS Brand, Marks, Identifying Characteristics: NONE and, on the 25th day of MARCH, 2024, I filed a Notice of Estray in the Estray Book of Fort Bend County, Texas. I have made a diligent search of the register of recorded brands in Fort Bend County, Texas, for the owner of the said estray, but the search did not reveal the owner. Notice is hereby given that, if the ownership of said estray is not determined by the 16th day ofAPRIL, 2023, said estray will be sold at public auction/sheriff’s sale at The Elcampo Livestock Exchange.
