THIS NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Chapter 34 of the Texas Tax Code, and Rule 2la of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. By virtue of an Order of Sale issued, and associated Judgment rendered, by the Honorable 240th District Court of Fort Bend County, on May 9, 2018, in Cause No. 17-DCV-241837, captioned Propel Financial Services, LLC, as Agent and Attorney in Fact for PFS Tax Lien Trust 2014-1 vs. Tamra Hemphill, et al, I, acting as Sheriff/Constable of Fort Bend County, Texas, did, on the 16th Day of March 2020, in my hands for service, levy on certain Real Estate, as the property of the Defendant(s), Tamra Hemphill situated in Fort Bend County, Texas, described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT TWENTY-SIX (26), IN BLOCK THIRTY-THREE (33), OF RIDGEMONT, SECTION FOUR (4), A SUBDIVISION IN FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 21, PAGE 5 OF THE PLAT RECORDS OF FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS;

STREET ADDRESS: 5015 Parkridge Drive, Houston, TX 77053; and

TAX ACCOUNT NO.: 6250-04-033-0260-907.

Pursuant to said Judgment Plaintiff, Propel Financial Services, LLC, as Agent and Attorney in Fact for PFS Tax Lien Trust 2014-1, and Intervenor Fort Bend County et al, was awarded $19,281.93 plus post judgment interest and costs of court and sale.

On the 1st day of September, 2020, the first Tuesday of the month, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., at the first floor meeting room, Fort Bend County Travis Building, 301 Jackson Street, Richmond, TX 77469, Richmond, Texas, by virtue of said levy, Judgment and Order of Sale, I will sell the Subject Property to include all right, title and interest of the Defendant(s) listed in the Judgment in the Subject Property at public venue, for cash, to the highest bidder, in compliance with the law.

Property is sold with all encumbrances and liens affixed thereto. All sales are final.
