Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution and I or Order of Sale issued on the 23rd day of September, 2019 by the 240Th Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause # 16-DCV-229061 in favor of the Plaintiff- Riverpark  On  The  Brazos  Property  Owners  Association , Inc. Plaintiff, for the sum  of  $14,127.56 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and I or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same. Therefore, on the 3rdday of October, 2019, I, Constable Mike Beard of Precinct One Fort Bend County, have levied on and have seized all rights, title, interest, and claim to which the said Defendant(s) -Niraj A Shah had of, in, or to the following described real property, and will offer for sale on the 5th day of November, 2019 at the William B. Travis Building, first floor meeting room, 301 Jackson Street, Richmond , Texas 77469 of said Fort Bend County between the hours of ten o'clock a.m. and four o'clock p.m., any and all rights, title, interests and claims which the above defendant had of, in, or to the following described real property situated in Fort Bend County, Texas; viz:
