Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution and / or Order of Sale issued on the 10TH day of June, 2020 by the 400TH Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause # 19-DCV-260060 in favor of the Plaintiff – Sienna Plantation Community Association, Inc. Plaintiff, for the sum of $12,560.64 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and / or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same. Therefore, on the 29TH day of June, 2020, I, Constable Mike Beard of Precinct One Fort Bend County, have levied on and have seized all rights, title, interest, and claim to which the said Defendant(s) – Melanie Harrell Lavigne and Raymond N Lavigne, Jr had of, in, or to the following described real property, and will offer for sale on the 4TH day of August, 2020 at the William B.
