Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution and / or Order of Sale issued on the 25th day of July, 2019 by the 268th Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause # 18-DCV-257256 in favor of the Plaintiff – Sienna Plantation Residential Association, Inc. Plaintiff, for the sum of $8,125.48 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and / or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same.
