THIS NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Chapter 34 of the Texas Tax Code, and Rule 21a of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. By virtue of an Order of Sale issued, and associated Judgment rendered, by the Honorable 400th District Court of Fort Bend County, on January 14, 2020, in Cause No. 19-DCV-258417, captioned Texas Tax Solution II, LLC vs. Michael Jiang Zhan and Yayun Yu, I, acting as Sheriff/Constable of Fort Bend County, Texas, did, on the 27th Day of May 2020, in my hands for service, levy on certain Real Estate, as the property of the Defendant(s), Michael Jiang Zhan and Yayun Yu situated in Fort Bend County, Texas, described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: FA KENNELLY S/D, BLOCK 2, WT 2 (SW 1/4); as written in Deed - The Southwest 1/4 of Lot 2, Block 2 of F.A. Kennelly Subdivision of a 52.17 acre tract of land in the Joseph D. Vermilion Survey, Abstract No. 341, Fort Bend County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 235, Page 554 through 556 of the of the Deed Records of Fort Bend County, Texas, and being more fully described by metes and bounds found in Document No. 2009037591, Deed Records, Fort Bend County, Texas;

STREET ADDRESS: 1515 Callender Street, Rosenberg, Texas 77471; and
