Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution and / or Order of Sale issued on the 11th day of July, 2019 by the 268th Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas in cause # 14-DCV-218971 in favor of the Plaintiff – Westheimer Lakes Property Owners Association Plaintiff, for the sum of $11,108.53 ++++costs as taxed on said Execution and / or Order of Sale and further the sum of executing the same. Therefore, on the 26 day of July, 2019, I, Constable Mike Beard of Precinct One Fort Bend County, have levied on and have seized all rights, title, interest, and claim to which the said Defendant(s) – Monica Chitman Mays had of, in, or to the following described real property, and will offer for sale on the 3rd day of September, 2019 at the William B.
