The County Clerk’s office is pleased to announce a significant enhancement to the Info Index Search function for public documents. For those of you who are frequent users, you will see a new look to the initial search screen with enhanced functionality such as:
Frame / General

- Text throughout is updated to more modern fonts and colors for easy reading

Search Results
- Included checkbox for multi-select
- Instrument Number/ Book-Page and Name/Associated Name display on stacked columns
- Separate options for getting a free copy and buying a copy
Image Window
- Thumbnails include a checkbox for quick selection
- Image controls
- Process now to skip the basket for free copies
- Send to basket for purchase copies
Shopping Basket / eCommerce
- View Basket shows the list of items
- Printing is always an open/print or download - always PDF!
