Tax and Property Sales
The properties listed for sale are both tax sales, tax re-sales, and HOA/Execution sales. The Sales Policy applies to both tax sales and tax re-sales. You should read these rules carefully and understand them completely prior to bidding on any properties. Any property may be withdrawn from the sale at any time prior to the sale or during the sale without notification to prospective purchasers. Cash, cashier's checks, and money orders will be the only accepted methods of payment. Cashier's checks and money orders must be made out to Constable Mike Beard or the Fort Bend Precinct 4 Constable's Office.
Property sales are held the first Tuesday of each month and generally commence at 10:00 AM at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds ( 4310 Highway 36 South. Rosenberg, TX 77471).
