Appeal Hearing Time Limits

All appeals will have the following time limits during hearings:

Termination Hearings:

Each party will be limited to 90 minutes for the hearing and an additional 5 minutes for opening and 5 minutes for closing statements.

Suspension/Demotion Hearings:

Each party will be limited to 60 minutes for the hearing and an additional 5 minutes for opening and 5 minutes for closing statements.
