Texas A&M AgriLife Extension will conduct a 3-hour Preserving the Bounty workshop on jams and marmalades for home consumption on Friday, October 23, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the Fort Bend County Extension Office in Rosenberg. Registration ends Friday, October 16th.

Home Food Preservation classes show how this can be a fun and rewarding way to keep foods long after the season ends. Research based methods and tested recipes are taught to assure that foods canned at home are safe to eat.
