Mail Center

Mission Statement

The Mail Center is centralized at 301 Jackson Street, Richmond, Texas to receive and distribute U.S. mail, other correspondence, and packages for County departments no matter where they are physically located within the boundaries of Fort Bend County. The main location is in a secure area where the information received can be processed in a timely and efficient manner.

The Mail Center functions under the guidelines and rates of agencies licensed to collect the County’s mail and packages to begin the transit to its destination.

Our goal is to reduce and maintain the cost associated with processing the outgoing mail and packages County departments create daily.
