2024 Mobile Permits Have Expired
This is a notice that all 2024 mobile unit permits have expired. February 5, 2025 was the last day to have a mobile unit permit renewed. If you have not renewed your permit, you are not permitted to operate without obtaining a permit.
To renew a permit, or to obtain a permit for a new unit, this can be done on every Wednesday within the set hours listed below. A permit is required to pass the Fire Marshall and Environmental Health’s inspection. This process has changed, so please read carefully. You must pass a Fire Marshal inspection at their location and then proceed to Environmental Health’s location once you have passed the Fire Marshal inspection. The location of the facilities are as follows:
Environmental Health
4520 Reading Rd, Suite A-800
Rosenberg, TX 77471
Hours: 8am – 11:30am
Fire Marshal
1521 Eugene Heimann Cir #114
Richmond, TX 77469
Hours: 8am – 10:30am
Please be sure to bring all required documents. Also, as a reminder, you will need to bring in the notarized property letter and bathroom agreement letters for all mobile units that park at a location for more than 2 hours.
Best,
Environmental Health
