Dealer and Title Service Appointments Only will be starting Monday, March 21st, 2022.
Appointments CANNOT be back to back.
If you are late for your scheduled appointment time, additional time will not be added to your appointment window. Example: If your appointment is from 8 am to 8:45 am and you arrive 15 minutes late, you will be serviced from 8:15 am to 8:45 am.
From 11:00-2:00 dealers can pull a ticket and process one (1) transaction at a time. No dealer tickets can be pulled before 11:00am.
No dealer/title services will be processed on Fridays. 
 
 
Dealer and Title Services can now schedule appointments online for each Fort Bend County Tax Office. The guidelines are as followed:
 
Richmond Tax office will be processing dealer/title service appointments from 8:00am to 11:00am and 2:00-4:00. During the morning time slots, each clerk will process as many transactions in that 45 minutes without going over the allotted time, with a minimum of three (3) transactions. The afternoon time slots are 30 minute time slots with a minimum of two (2) transactions, and the clerk can process as many transactions without going over the allotted time. From 11:00-2:00 dealers can pull a ticket and process one (1) transaction at a time. No dealer tickets can be pulled before 11:00am. No dealer/title services will be processed on Fridays.
