Copy Fees

• Plain Copy $1.00 per page (paper or email)
• Certified Copy (paper and electronic) $1.00 per page and $5.00 per document certification
• Certificate of Authentication $5.00 per certificate
• Vital record copy fees vary. See the Vitals Fee Schedule above for a list of fees.

Certified copies of documents can be purchased in person at the Fort Bend County Clerk's Office, by email, or by mail, sending a check for the correct fee to:

Certified Payments charges a convenience fee of $2.00 minimum when using a credit and debit card. 

Computer Information Fee Schedule

•  CD-ROM/FTP of text and/or images of County Clerk's public information:
  • $20.00 per CD-ROM not to exceed 700 MB of data
  • $20.00 per monthly FTP up to 1 GB (or any portion thereof)
  • $15.00 per weekly FTP up to 1 GB (or any portion thereof)
  • $12.00 per bi-weekly FTP up to 1 GB (or any portion thereof)
  • $10.00 per daily FTP up to 1 GB (or any portion thereof)
  • $50.00 one-time set up fee for FTP customers at time FTP account is established 
•  USB (County Clerk provides computer and customer provides USB hard drive)
  • $40.00 per daily export of data not to exceed 8 hours run time

Subdivision Plats

• $10.00 per plat page (24 x 36 computer generated paper copy)
• $20.00 per CD-ROM not to exceed 700 MB of data
• $40.00 per daily USB export of data not to exceed 8 hours run time
