Javon McGowan currently serves as the Jury Division Supervisor for the Fort Bend County District Clerk’s Office, having been promoted from her role as Jury Department Supervisor, a position she has held since 2021. A highly dependable and dedicated professional, Javon has made significant contributions to the District Clerk’s Office. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Southern University of New Orleans, the city where she was born and raised. Driven by a passion for public service, Javon takes great pride in serving the Fort Bend County community.
