Brenda C. Baichoo is the new Accounting Division Supervisor. She comes to the Fort Bend County District Clerk’s office with operational and supervisory experience, having owned a business for 9 years. She is a proud graduate of Florida A & M University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Brenda believes that an effective leader does not wield authority but empowers those around them.
