County Offices Closed Monday January 20th for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. District Courts and Jury service will close on Tuesday, January 21st. The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activates Sunday at 8:00 AM for hazardous weather. Stay updated on road conditions and resources, and be careful during icy weather.
To Make a Payment
Credit Card Payments:
1. Click the “Pay Here” button below.
2. Enter your cause number in the “Note” section BEFORE clicking “Pay” to process your payment.
3. When the transaction receipt is received, click on “Full Transaction Receipt”.
4. Click “Show Details”.
5. Note your “Auth ID” on your copy request or other document being filed to satisfy the payment.
Please note: A Convenience Fee of $2.49 will be charged for all credit and debit card transactions.

Other Methods of Payment:
Money orders, cashiers checks, checks from law office accounts and insurance checks only. Out-of-state checks and personal checks are not accepted. Please show style and cause number on your remittance.

Refunds
Any refunded or voided credit card transaction will be returned to the customer, minus the convenience fee.
Returned Checks and Card Chargebacks
Returned Checks and Card Chargebacks may result in a fee of $30.00 that will be applied to the case or account.
Outstanding court costs or charges must be paid immediately with a money order, cashier's check or cash.
