Certificate of Interested Parties
Effective January 1, 2016 all contracts executed by Commissioners Court, regardless of the dollar amount, will require completion of Form 1295 "Certificate of Interested Parties", per the new Government Code Statute §2252.908. All vendors submitting a response to a formal Bid, RFP, SOQ or any contracts, contract amendments, renewals or change orders are required to complete the Form 1295 online through the State of Texas Ethics Commission website. - Agreement to Not Boycott Israel Chapter 2270 Texas Government Code: Contractor verifies Contractor does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Contract.
- Texas Government Code Section 2251.152 Acknowledgment: By signature on vendor form, Contractor represents pursuant to Section 2252.152 of the Texas Government Code, that Contractor is not listed on the website of the Comptroller of the State of Texas concerning the listing of companies that are identified under Section 806.051, Section 807.051 or Section 2253.153.
To Report Human Trafficking
On October 8, 2019, the Fort Bend County Commissioners Court approved an unanimous resolution against human trafficking and committed to using no County tax dollars in support of services or activities that violate human trafficking.

NHTRC is a national, toll-free hotline, with specialists available to answer calls from anywhere in the country, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year related to potential trafficking victims, suspicious behaviors, and/or locations where trafficking is suspected to occur.
