Juvenile Adjudication/Disposition and Status Dockets are heard on Mondays at 1:30 pm (in person). Court 6’s Juvenile Probation Officer, James Michael Burrous, schedules Juvenile Status and Adjudication/Disposition Dockets. Criminal Motions are heard Mondays at 1:30 pm (in person). The Motion/Order MUST be filed prior to requesting a hearing date. To request a hearing date, email the Court Coordinator at Court6Criminal@fortbendcountytx.gov. The scheduling party is responsible for noticing the other party/parties of the hearing.
JUVENILE TRIALS
Juvenile Trials are heard on Tuesdays at 11:00 AM (in person). Trial cases will be scheduled for a mandatory pre-trial hearing, which will be heard the Monday before the scheduled trial date at 1:30 pm (in person). To request a trial date, email the Court Coordinator at Court6Criminal@fortbendcountytx.gov. The Court requires 30 days notice if any Pre-Trial Motions need to be heard.
JUVENILE DETENTION HEARINGS
Associate Judge White hears all Juvenile Detention Hearings, which are heard on Mondays at 1:00 PM, Wednesdays at 1:00 PM, and Thursdays at 9:00 AM.
