File a Compliment or Complaint on a Sheriff’s Office Employee
The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office is committed to the highest standards of conduct and service for all its employees.
Compliments or complaints may be made concerning any interaction including but not limited to tickets, citations, and warnings issued by Sheriff’s Office employees. If your communication is a complaint, be aware that you may be asked to submit a written and signed document describing the elements of the complaint in order for the Sheriff’s Office to be in compliance with certain provisions of the Texas Government Code as it relates to complaints against law enforcement officers.
If a complaint is about a serious issue, such as a felony criminal action, you are encouraged to immediately contact the non-emergency dispatch number, 281-341-4665, and ask for the watch commander on duty. Alternatively, you may call the Chief Deputy’s Office directly at 281-341-4705 during regular business hours Mon-Fri.
